  The scope of a project follows from an analysis of your processes and goals, not from a generic assumption. On that basis, we prepare a proposal that sets out the agreed scope of work. Billing follows that agreed scope. This means the content of the proposal is clear before any work begins.

• How long does a project take to complete?

  How long a project takes depends on its agreed scope and cannot be stated as a general rule. We deliver in short, clearly defined stages. Each stage ends with a visible outcome that we discuss with you before the next one starts, so progress stays traceable throughout.

• How does AlpineLABs handle sensitive data and the use of AI?

  Before implementation, we clarify with you who gets access to which data and how information moves between the systems involved. Sensitive data stays within the agreed environment and is not passed to other services without review. This clarification is part of the concept phase and is recorded in writing.

• What happens after a solution has gone live?

  After go-live, AlpineLABs remains the point of contact for maintenance, fixes and further development. New requirements that arise from daily use feed into the planning for future adjustments. You have a fixed contact person who knows your project.
